Q: What events are in the Expo Hall?
The Expo Hall will be the home of the exhibitor booths and the Poster Area. There will also be areas for food and beverages.

Q: How early can I ship things?
Shipments should arrive to GES no earlier than November 1. Shipments arriving prior to this will incur a storage fee.
Q: How can I get a discount on booth services?
Order and pay for your booth services before NOVEMBER 14 to receive a discount from GES.
Q: What is the last day I can ship things?
Shipments arriving at the GES facility after November 30 may incur an additional charge. You may ship directly to the Hilton, all shipments MUST arrive on December 4 between 10:00am - 4:30pm. https://ordering.ges.com/053600859/shipping
Q: Can I ship things to my hotel room?
Yes, the hotel may accept small packages for a guest staying there, however, there may be a fee. If you need to ship large items directly to the Hilton, all shipments MUST arrive on December 4 between 10:00am - 4:30pm. https://ordering.ges.com/053600859/shipping
Q: How much will it cost to ship things?
You may arrange to ship through GES Logistics or make shipping arrangements yourself. Price will be determined by the distance and weight of your items. https://ordering.ges.com/053600859/shipping
